GoHealth.com, operated by GoHealth, LLC (collectively, “GoHealth,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), believes it is important for you to know and understand our Social Media Community Guidelines and the steps we take to ensure a welcoming, honest, and constructive space. Please read the Community Guidelines carefully.
If you post to one of our social media channels or interact with our posts, whether as a follow, response, post, or comment, you agree to abide by GoHealth’s Social Media Community Guidelines. These apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions and other legal notices provided by GoHealth and the owner of the social media platform.
Comment and Posting Policy
Comments and responses to our posts are the responsibility of the individual posting it.
We ask that all those who interact with our social media accounts follow the following Community Guidelines:

- Do not post information that would be considered spam or use our platforms to promote/solicit visits to third-party sites, initiatives, or products. Refrain from soliciting business or requesting donations.
We moderate our social media accounts to preserve a respectful and inclusive environment in accordance with our values. Any offensive, off-topic, or inappropriate comments that do not align with our values and policy will be removed by GoHealth. While the appropriate GoHealth account moderators will be monitoring our various channels to help ensure that users’ posts and comments align with these Guidelines, we cannot be held responsible for the validity or reliability of any media or comments shared by users.
Privacy and Attribution
Our social media channels are public, and any comments or posts made on our profiles may also be posted publicly. Posts or comments may even appear in search engine results or other web aggregators.
With a public profile, any public individual may be able to post or share their opinion on our pages. These posts or comments do not necessarily reflect the opinions or positions of GoHealth, even if the author of the post is a current or former GoHealth employee.
Social Platform Account Handle
To those who interact with any official GoHealth content across owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and others), we reserve the right to process existing information from social media account handles and any other additional personal data shared with us on the relevant platform.
Use of Content Disclaimer
For those who post on one or more of our social media channels, you recognize that your posts, including any associated ideas or concepts contained in said posts, may be used freely in any way, (excluding the compromise of protected personal information) and in any media (social media channels, official GoHealth sites, existing official GoHealth online forums), and in our business practices. Therefore, please do not submit any media that you would like to keep confidential or for which you expect financial compensation because of sharing media.

If you consent to receiving any relevant updates or information about our brand, or exclusive services including but not limited to Medicare Plans and other health-related initiatives, personally identifiable information we may collect may include the following:
- Name, address, email address, phone number, demographic information, health information, or any other financial information you may provide.
