Vijay Kotte joined GoHealth as Chief Executive Officer in 2022 and serves on the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Kotte brings more than two decades of experience developing and transforming innovative healthcare models and Medicare-focused platforms at public and private ventures.

Prior to GoHealth, Mr. Kotte served as Chief Solutions Officer and Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development at R1. In this role, he was responsible for R1’s physician-focused operations, including growth, product development, and strategic initiatives.

Prior to R1, Mr. Kotte was the Chief Value Officer for DaVita Medical Group with accountability for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, carrier/payor contracting, performance, and operations. Before that, he was the Chief Financial Officer for DaVita Medical Group with responsibility for the finance function and oversight of joint ventures. Prior to DaVita, Mr. Kotte served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Medicare operations for Meridian Health Plan. Additionally, he previously served as President of the Midwest region for WellCare Health Plans, where he was responsible for operations, Medicare and Medicaid sales, and long-term strategic planning.

Mr. Kotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Organizational Management from Emory University and a MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Katie O’Halloran joined GoHealth in April 2023 as Chief Accounting Officer and brings over 30 years of experience in various accounting and finance roles.

Prior to GoHealth, Ms. O’Halloran served as Chief Financial Officer at VanEnkevort Tug & Barge, Inc., a marine transportation business, from January 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (Nasdaq:GLDD), the largest provider of dredging services in the United States, most recently as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer from 2013 to 2022.

Ms. O’Halloran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, has an MBA from St. Xavier University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Alison Moriarty joined GoHealth as the Chief People Officer in 2023. Alison is known for her ability to optimize team performance and drive employee engagement, particularly in periods of disruption or transformation.

Prior to joining GoHealth, Alison served as the Chief Talent Officer for Starcom, a world-renowned media communications agency with full-service HR responsibility for Starcom US and global oversight for brand culture and talent mobility. She has broad based HR experience ranging from start-up to Fortune 500 companies including Chase, Abbott, Information Resources, Inc., Skillgames, Ipsos-ASI and Publicis.

Alison holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teacher’s College (NY) and a B.A. in English from Georgetown University.

Michael Hargis joined GoHealth in 2022. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hargis leads our efforts to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across enterprise and Medicare sales, telecare, member retention, product, compliance, and business operations.

Before GoHealth, Mr. Hargis served as Chief Experience Officer at The Key, the nation’s leading senior memory and specialized care provider. Additionally, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services at NortonLifeLock (NYSE: NLOK), with over 50MM worldwide members and revenue of over $2.5B. Hargis joined NortonLifelock after serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Support at LifeLock (NYSE: LOCK.)

Mr. Hargis has a track record of leading teams that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of complex global sales, operations, and customer success organizations. He started his career at GE Capital Financial Services and CareerBuilder and earned his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and BBA from Thomas More University.

Michael Kelley joined GoHealth as Chief Actuary & SVP of Strategic Business Insights in 2022 and brings a diverse range of actuarial experience within the healthcare sector.

Prior to joining GoHealth, Michael led an actuarial department at Optum that focused on aligning health outcome incentives with physician financial performance and identifying waste in the care delivery system. Michael also led actuarial and analytics teams at Davita Medical Group and PacificSource Health Plans.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Rhodes College. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Steve Moffat joined GoHealth as the Chief Marketing Officer in 2023. Moffat brings extensive experience leading innovative, high-performing marketing teams across a variety of industries, building brands, and driving profitable growth.

Prior to joining GoHealth, Moffat was the Chief Marketing Officer for The Savings Group and Guaranteed Rate Companies, Inc, in both cases leading brand and marketing in the consumer finance sector. He is an experienced sales and marketing professional and has held leadership roles at both Google and Pepsi.

Moffat holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Brad Burd brings more than a decade of accomplishments as a leader at GoHealth to his role as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.  In this role, Brad oversees the company’s legal affairs, including compliance, government relations, commercial, and corporate governance matters.  Mr. Burd has been with GoHealth since 2011, and directed the legal department through the company’s different phases, including the IPO in 2020.  His extensive experience in the healthcare industry and as an in-house leader has earned him many recognitions, and at GoHealth, he has long been valued as a trusted advisor to the management team and board of directors.

Prior to joining GoHealth as General Counsel in 2011, Brad worked in the Chicago office of two national law firms and formally represented GoHealth as outside counsel.  Brad graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He later attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Clint P. Jones co-founded GoHealth in 2001 and served as GoHealth’s Chief Executive Officer until 2022. He has been a member of GoHealth, Inc.’s board of directors since 2020 and a member of GoHealth Holdings, LLC’s board of managers since 2019; plus served on the board of managers for GoHealth’s predecessor business since its founding in 2001.

Mr. Jones currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Bridge Legal. In 2013, Mr. Jones was recognized by Ernst & Young as the Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year and has been named to Chicago’s annual Crain’s 40 under 40 list. Mr. Jones speaks regularly at industry conferences, is active in insurance regulatory forums, and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University.

Brandon M. Cruz co-founded GoHealth in 2001 and served as GoHealth’s Chief Strategy Officer until 2022. He previously held the role of President of GoHealth and currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Cruz has been a member of GoHealth, Inc.’s board of directors since 2020 and a member of GoHealth Holdings, LLC’s board of managers since 2019; plus served on the board of managers for GoHealth’s predecessor business since its founding in 2001.

In 2013, Mr. Cruz was recognized by Ernst & Young as the Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year and was also named to the annual Chicago leadership list, Crain’s 40 under 40. From 2016 to 2019, he served as a member of the board of directors of Creatix, Inc., a GoHealth subsidiary. Mr. Cruz is also a board member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and serves on the board of Homecare Holdings, HealthJoy, and Imerman Angels.

Mr. Cruz is recognized throughout the technology industry as an influential thought leader and speaks regularly on topics related to technology, health insurance and business operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Miami University and is a member of the Miami University Business Advisory Council.

David Fisher is Chief Executive Officer of Enova International, Inc. (NYSE: ENVA), a leading technology and analytics company focused on online lending. Prior to joining Enova in January 2013, Mr. Fisher served as the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc., during which time he spearheaded the company’s sale to Charles Schwab. Before joining optionsXpress, he held CFO positions at Potbelly Sandwich Works and Prism Financial Corporation.

Mr. Fisher is a member of the Board of Innerworkings, a global print management firm, and GrubHub, a leading online and mobile food-ordering company.

Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a juris doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law.

Alan Wheatley has decades of experience as a consumer-focused health executive, most recently as the President of Medicare and Medicaid for Humana Inc. from September 1991 to December 2022. He currently serves as a director and advisor to various healthcare companies.

Mr. Wheatley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Jeremy W. Gelber has served as a member of GoHealth, Inc.’s board of directors since 2020 and as a member of GoHealth Holdings, LLC’s board of managers since 2019. Mr. Gelber has been a Senior Managing Director of Centerbridge since 2018, where he focuses on investments in the healthcare sector, and has also served as a member of the board of directors of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. since 2020, Civitas Solutions, Inc. since 2019 and Remedi SeniorCare Holding Corporation since 2019. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Mr. Gelber was a Partner at Pamplona Capital, a private equity firm, and also served as Executive Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gelber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Dartmouth College and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College.

Alexander E. Timm has served as a member of GoHealth, Inc.’s board of directors since 2020 and as a member of GoHealth Holdings, LLC’s board of managers since 2020. Mr. Timm is also the Chief Executive Officer of Root Insurance Company, which he co-founded in 2015. Additionally, from 2011 to 2015, Mr. Timm worked at Nationwide Insurance as a senior consultant in corporate strategy. Mr. Timm holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Actuarial Studies, Accounting and Mathematics from Drake University.

Abhiraj R. Modi currently serves as a managing director of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., where he focuses on investments in the financial services and healthcare sectors. He also serves on the board of directors of Cascade Financial Holdings LLC, a leader in the manufactured home lending industry. Prior to joining Centerbridge, he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group at The Blackstone Group L.P.

Mr. Modi attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Dr. Hilu currently serves as an independent director and advisor to several high-growth public and private health tech companies, including HealthJoy. She was previously founding Chief Executive Officer of Emsana Health, a value-based purchasing start-up, as well as Chief Strategy Officer of Crossover Health, a pioneer in the tech-enabled direct primary care. She started her career in corporate strategy at The Advisory Board Company and in healthcare investing at HLM Venture Partners and Merrill Lynch. Dr. Hilu earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MD and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago.
