Job Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for a specified campaign(s) and maintain and monitor the requirements of the campaign contract. The PM will establish sales quotas and related performance objectives and provide the leadership to support and develop sales teams. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing clients priorities and ensure all requirements of the contracts are met or exceeded

  • Communicate KPI financials and AOP with stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two to five years of Medicare sales leadership experience
  • Two years of CMS compliance and regulation experience
  • 3+ years of relevant management experience in an inside sales environment
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D and Medicare Supplements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel experience preferred
