  • Develop, enhance and manage various analytical solutions to support strategic and tactical decisions
  • Extract and transform raw data from various data sources into useful information to enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational insights

GoHealth is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer (Microsoft BI Stack experience preferred) responsible for the design, development, execution and delivery of all ETL needs for the company. We are seeking candidates who have extensive experience in data analysis, extraction, loading and transformation of data that meet the complex requirements of our various business unit needs. The BI Developer will act as the owner of all ETL infrastructure including execution, documentation, maintenance, and metadata management.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy Microsoft SSIS ETL jobs within the GoHealth error/exception handling and rollback framework
  • Monitor, execute and report on all ETL jobs while working with appropriate teams to take corrective action quickly, in case of issues
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Adapt ETL code to accommodate changes in source data and new business requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation of the ETL technical detail design, operational support and maintenance procedures

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for data transmission, storage, and data access

  • 10+ years’ experience in ETL design and development using SSIS
  • Knowledge and/or experience of all other tools in the Microsoft BI Stack: SSRS/Power BI and SSAS

Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates with a strong call center and customer service/ sales background to join our expanding Health Insurance Advocate team! The Health Insurance Advocate is responsible for making outbound sales calls and fielding inbound sales calls in to our Sales Center. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong phone communication skills.

The Health Insurance Advocate will learn GoHealth processes and quickly assimilate information to meet sales/call handling quotas while recording high-quality information regarding customer information and contact results. The Health Insurance Advocate will be detail oriented and able to meet contact/call quotas while remaining compliant with GoHealth policies and both Federal, and State, regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls in to the Sales Center and make outbound calls
  • Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers
  • Guide consumers through the initial buying process by effectively screening calls and transferring calls to the appropriate sales team
  • Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary
  • Successfully complete all training requirements
  • Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards

Qualifications
