GoHealth is looking for Data Engineers who will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of data transformation tasks used in transforming data into a format that can be easily analyzed. We are seeking candidates who have experience in data analysis, collection, and optimization for the purpose of informing business decisions. The Data Engineer will work with other team members in owning data pipelines including execution, documentation, maintenance, and metadata management. They will also support the development of the data infrastructure necessary for full scale data science, predictive analytics and machine learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various GoHealth and external data sources.

Job Description

The Marketing QA Performance Analyst will be responsible for identifying performance insights to help power sales and increase the profitability of various marketing channels (i.e. online media, offline media, etc.). This individual will listen to sales calls conducted by our insurance agents to identify trends, build out a performance QA framework, monitor and report on call center KPIs, assist with high-impact tests, and lead calibration meetings with sales center management. Responsibilities

  • Monitor inbound and outbound calls for QA compliance, process improvements, sales opportunities, and accuracy.
  • Lead calibrations with sales center management to analyze problems and optimize processes.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deliver QA-focused recommendations and compliance trends that focus on improving sales performance for our inside sales teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and are comfortable with pivot tables and V-Lookups
  • Superior understanding of performance metrics; how they impact and motivate individuals, teams, and departments

Qualifications

Qualifications

The Call Center Operations Director supports the culture and overall direction of the call center strategies.   The Director will partner with the rest of the Enterprise Solutions team to ensure Agent productivity is being optimized.   Specifically, the director will be responsible for the success of the Workforce Management, Licensing and Call Center Technology teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Helps form and articulate the WFM strategies to the sales leaders
  • Supports and guides the day to day operations of the workforce management team ensuring accurate and timely forecasting for all campaigns/work groups, best practice scheduling practices are used, and feedback is constructively and proactively given back to the business.
  • Ensure the accurate reporting from the WFM team is delivered on a timely basis to prevent staffing/scheduling issues.   During the ramp period, ensure all data and systems are set up properly for maximum efficiency and lowest cost.
  • Supports and guides the day to day operations of the Ready to Sell (RTS) team ensuring the accurate input and tracking of licensing, appointment and certification data.  Additionally, has a process in place to ensure all renewals are completed on a timely basis with the least amount of expense. 
  • During the ramp period, creates and proposes the licensing strategies for each campaign and takes lead on ensuring the licensing strategy is accurately and timely implemented.  
  • Ensure all reporting is in place to provide an accurate status of the licensing strategy.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the call center technology team ensuring 100% available time on all systems.  Systems included but not limited to Five9, IEX and RegEd.  The Manager will be responsible for the strategy of the systems and how they can improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the Enterprise Solutions campaigns.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for partnering with other GoHealth departments to discover how the systems can support them.  
  • Partners with the Account Management and Program Management teams to implement initiatives and champion the change management for all initiatives

  • Interface with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee information, including employee deductions and contributions, other, etc.
  • Process all new hires/employees in ADP; ensures I-9 compliance, keep track of I-9s with expiration dates and requests updated documentation from the employee; ensure all necessary documents are received and sent to Payroll.
  • Manage maintenance of human resources records including personnel files, enrollment, application, and claims records for all benefits plans.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share trends with HR leadership.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is desired, or comparable combination of education and experience; HR certification (PHR / SPHR ) a plus
  • 5-7+ years previous human resources experience, with demonstrated competencies in organizational development, legal compliance, and proactive problem solving
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines and taking accountability for results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Description

The Call Center Operations Director supports the culture and overall direction of the call center strategies.   The Director will partner with the rest of the Enterprise Solutions team to ensure Agent productivity is being optimized.   Specifically, the director will be responsible for the success of the Workforce Management, Licensing and Call Center Technology teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Helps form and articulate the WFM strategies to the sales leaders
  • Supports and guides the day to day operations of the workforce management team ensuring accurate and timely forecasting for all campaigns/work groups, best practice scheduling practices are used, and feedback is constructively and proactively given back to the business.
  • Ensure the accurate reporting from the WFM team is delivered on a timely basis to prevent staffing/scheduling issues.   During the ramp period, ensure all data and systems are set up properly for maximum efficiency and lowest cost.
  • Supports and guides the day to day operations of the Ready to Sell (RTS) team ensuring the accurate input and tracking of licensing, appointment and certification data.  Additionally, has a process in place to ensure all renewals are completed on a timely basis with the least amount of expense. 
  • During the ramp period, creates and proposes the licensing strategies for each campaign and takes lead on ensuring the licensing strategy is accurately and timely implemented.  
  • Ensure all reporting is in place to provide an accurate status of the licensing strategy.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the call center technology team ensuring 100% available time on all systems.  Systems included but not limited to Five9, IEX and RegEd.  The Manager will be responsible for the strategy of the systems and how they can improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the Enterprise Solutions campaigns.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for partnering with other GoHealth departments to discover how the systems can support them.  
  • Partners with the Account Management and Program Management teams to implement initiatives and champion the change management for all initiatives
     

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style
  • Sound judgement in decision making ability and aligns decisions with Enterprise Solutions initiatives and strategies
  • Demonstrates experience in analyzing call center KPIs, metrics and drivers and formally proposes solutions and uses data and analytics to make sound decisions
  • Has the ability to learn and relay new information
  • Minimum of 5 years call center leadership experience, sales environment preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of WFM software and ACD software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associates Degree or related inside Insurance sales experience
