Job Description

An Account Manager is responsible for the on-boarding, management and growth of partners that are currently utilizing the services and products of GoHealth’s Marketplace Operations. The Account Manager will be responsible for set up and training of new partners on GoHealth products, customer service issues and requests of existing partners, as well as maintaining or growing the current base of business clients. This position acts as a subject matter expert on the partner’s usability of the GoHealth product suite. The Account Manager will regularly be called upon to assist with various technical and non-technical customer service related questions about GoHealth products. Through training, support, and service; the goal will be to increase customer retention, customer utilization of GoHealth products, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the retention and customer satisfaction of existing partners of GoHealth.
  • Responsible for the onboarding and implementation of new partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the GoHealth product suite features and benefits, in order to service the needs of new and existing clients.
  • Organize regular meetings with existing customers to review status of implementation and operations, review programs results, and provide consistent follow up on open issues.
  • Apply excellent customer service skills when assisting clients with account questions and/or issues.
  • Work with other departments within GoHealth to share client feedback on our tools and services.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Web Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining multiple websites across several verticals with a focus on driving UX and improving conversion. Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve presence and experience for customer-facing web properties
  • Provide ongoing business analytics and insights that will include (but not be limited to): visits, funnel analysis, online and web-to-offline conversions, and A/B testing
  • Work to maintain a roadmap for web-based improvements that support strategic goals, relying heavily on consumer insights and analytics to help formulate all strategies and recommendations.
  • Work with internal teams to focus on content effectiveness, conversion, and user experience
  • Work with user experience and technical experts to rationalize and propose the best experience based on the desired business impact

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role, including hands on web content management and optimization
  • Experience in presenting personalized and relevant content based on persona and/or user behavior

Responsibilities

  • Help build tools and systems that assist GoHealth's Engineering, QA, and Operations team, to deliver high-quality software
  • Work with development teams and leadership to help evolve our continuous delivery process
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from technology infrastructure in order to ensure proper SLA's are met
  • Work throughout the technology stack to design, build, and monitor solutions that allow for continued scalability
  • Document work associated with troubleshooting, while utilizing problem solving skills from the early stages of design all the way through identifying production issues.

Qualifications

The Telephony Engineer provides strategic and technical services support to all of GoHealth’s contact center applications used by all departments (Member Services, Exchange, BPO) in the areas of software operations, system enhancement and configuration, knowledge management, and training. Responsibilities

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for contact center systems and tools, including but not limited to, Five9 and IEX.
  • Provides technical support for all contact center systems and technical tools.
  • Ensures SLAs are met or exceeded for all projects.
  • Conducts business and technical requirement analysis, testing, and execution in support of the development of GoHealth’s contact center systems enhancements (software and hardware).

  • Available by cell phone to assist in coordination of IT outages 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Holds Associate’s or Bachelor’s technical degree.
  • Candidate has worked in IT or call center environment for at least two (2) years in a similar capacity.
  • Working knowledge and troubleshooting experience in VoIP call center systems, Five9 preferred. Any VoIP certifications or formal training are a plus.

  • Process all Personnel Action Forms due to merit increases, promotions, bonuses, pay adjustments, etc. Ensure that all necessary documents are received, information is entered in to HRMS database, and forwarded to appropriate department(s).
  • Interface with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee information, including employee deductions and contributions, other, etc.
  • Process all new hires/employees in ADP; ensures I-9 compliance, keep track of I-9s with expiration dates and requests updated documentation from the employee; ensure all necessary documents are received and sent to Payroll.
  • Manage maintenance of human resources records including personnel files, enrollment, application, and claims records for all benefits plans.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and share trends with HR leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is desired, or comparable combination of education and experience; HR certification (PHR / SPHR ) a plus
