We are seeking a bright, energetic, and highly motivated Sr. Site Reliability Engineer to join our technology team. The Site Reliability Engineer will be an integral part of our IT Operations team, and this individual should have a passion for technology and open source software.

Responsibilities

  • Help build tools and systems that assist GoHealth's Engineering, QA, and Operations team, to deliver high-quality software
  • Work with development teams and leadership to help evolve our continuous delivery process
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from technology infrastructure in order to ensure proper SLA's are met
  • Work throughout the technology stack to design, build, and monitor solutions that allow for continued scalability
  • Document work associated with troubleshooting, while utilizing problem solving skills from the early stages of design all the way through identifying production issues.

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and minimum of 7 years of overall experience including experience with open source technologies, automated configuration, DevOps, or cloud automation development
  • Expert level knowledge of managing a Linux environment at scale (RHEL, CentOS)
  • Exceptional skills with one or more scripting languages (bash, Python, Perl, Ruby or similar)

Job Description

The Senior Retention Data Analyst will work in the Marketplace Retention and Analytics team performing a number of varied complex tasks. This project based role is responsible for detailed analysis of both internal and external data and producing value added reporting to directly drive value for GoHealth. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analytics

  • Calculate and review trends in best performing products/markets/customers using lifetime value and retention analysis. Appraise performance of core products and our largest carriers for decision making purposes.
  • Assist in movement towards portfolio based reporting analyzing customer profitability and behavior both during the year and in subsequent years. 

Internal Retention

  • Assist the groups Member Services department –Ensure they get best possible carrier information to reach out to customers and report on their performance
  • Work with Marketing and Call Center on re-enrollment campaigns.

Carrier Retention Reporting

  • Work with carrier reports to ensure GoHealth reports match their submission reporting and subsequent issuance levels high.
  • Process enhancements internally to help matching and better quality carrier reporting.

Data Enhancements

  • Assist in database project to house all major carrier policy and commission data.
  • Continuous process improvement and working with carriers to get best quality data.

The Medicare Sales Manager will be responsible for both team and individual agent performance. In addition, the sales manager will be responsible for driving desired agent behavior such as proper and effective sales techniques, helping to incentive increased production per agent, driving compliance, ensuring accurate administrative activities, and promoting general behavior which aligns to GoHealth’s culture. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10-20 Captive sales agents, who are handling inbound / outbound sales inquiries to effectively sell health insurance plans and products via phone to customers (no cold calling)
  • Track, understand, and be held accountable to various team metrics, such as sales per agent, conversion rate, overall team production, and more; drive behavior necessary to meet and exceed these targets
  • Understand Captive’s product offerings, including Major Medical, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products
  • Onboard and coach team members on ongoing basis to improve sales production metrics
  • Improve overall agent ability to guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process
  • Serve as subject matter expert for health insurance enrollments
  • Understand GoHealth’s compliance and regulatory needs, in order to drive compliant team member behavior
  • Drive overall desired culture and behavior within team
  • Serve as main contact for team members for any technical issue, product question, etc. and liaise with senior management to help resolve any issues
  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the Captive sales floor, raising improvement suggestions and/or pain points to program management

Qualifications

  • Proven team leader, demonstrated by real-world previous job experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance and enrollment steps preferred, but not required
  • Health insurance sales experience a plus
  • Professional and motivated self-starter

The Information Security Analyst will help support GoHealth’s Information Security program and help provide day to day management, support and hands-on execution of our security initiatives. In this role, he or she will help implement and coordinate the security efforts across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective policies and practices to protect sensitive customer data and corporate assets.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, governmental regulations and company policies through development and management of training programs and periodic security audits.
  • Provide input in assessing and evaluating information security risks and monitor compliance with security standards and appropriate policies.

Qualifications
