GoHealth Wins Two Prestigious Chicago Business Awards

CHICAGO, IL (June 28, 2018) – GoHealth, a leading technology-driven healthcare marketplace, today announced it has been named one of the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work for” in Chicago, and it has also secured a place on the Crain’s List of “Chicago’s Largest Privately Held Companies.” For the second year in a row, GoHealth received these two distinguished awards due to the company’s merit as an innovative and thoughtful business, its industry leadership, and overall business growth.

“Over nearly two decades, we have been focused on empowering consumers with healthcare education and choice, as well as providing our partners with excellent service and top-tier technology solutions to help them better run their businesses. We could not have had the success we have had without the incredible team at GoHealth,” said Clint Jones, co-founder and CEO at GoHealth. “These accolades are a direct result of each smart, savvy, hard-working individual within our organization. Their contributions have created a vibrant and dynamic culture, and we are looking forward to continued success and growth this year and beyond.”

GoHealth was named to the Medium Business list of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories, including Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business, Medium Business and Large Business. The winners will be honored at a ceremony on July 27, 2018.

Crain’s List of “Chicago’s Largest Privately Held Companies in 2017” is awarded to companies headquartered in Chicago and with at least $75 million in revenue for the fiscal year. This is GoHealth’s second time on the list, and the company has continued to climb in ranking each year.

“Since our launch in 2001, we’ve been fortunate to be a part of Chicago’s technology and business hub,” noted Brandon Cruz, co-founder and president of GoHealth. “It’s extremely rewarding for GoHealth to be recognized among so many great local companies. All credit goes to our highly talented team for contributing to the company’s – and the city’s – success.”
