Strategy Analyst, Growth Marketing

About the role:

The GoHealth Growth Marketing team works cross-functionally across the business with the goal of using insights gained from both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to quickly achieve value at scale. Reporting to the Strategy Manager of Growth Marketing, you will help drive ideation, experimentation, and strategy across GoHealth’s consumer touch points. You will work with stakeholders from internal business units to help create an outstanding experience through rigorous testing and research.

What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to design and drive strategic initiatives across departments, including digital and offline marketing and call center operations
  • Develop an understanding of our business from acquisition to sales enablement and training to retention
  • Gather and analyze data, formulate hypotheses and conduct A/B tests, synthesize findings, and develop go-forward plans aimed at improving KPIs such as lead form conversion rate, customer throughput rate, and sales conversion rate
  • Create presentations that visually demonstrate progress across programs

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of work experience in areas such as management consulting, marketing strategy, statistics, or analytics
  • Passion for creating solutions inspired through research
  • Proven ability to interpret data to find insights and drive valuable business recommendations
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • You are resourceful and seek continuous improvement in your projects
