The GoHealth Marketing department is seeking creative thinkers with the mental agility to ask meaningful questions and draw upon insights to drive impactful results.


About the team: GoHealth’s Performance Marketing team collaborate closely across mediums and with all facets of the organization.  In this role you will have direct exposure to all things marketing, from Data Science to Advanced Analytics, Supply & Demand, Engineering, Media Planning/Buying and Creative production.   


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with the company's marketing goals
  • Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and popular keywords for the company's target audience and brand.
  • Optimize existing website content for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers
  • Aid in the ideation and creation alongside the creative/comms team of new content to capture organic search traffic
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor traffic, and understand the impact of optimizations as well as external changes (algorithm updates, SERP changes, etc)
  • Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends and best practices


What we’re looking for:

  • 5 + years experience in SEO with an understanding of SEO principles, practices, and in-depth knowledge of Google’s algorithms
  • Experience with keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO
  • You have experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Stat, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, crawlers and other KW research tools
  • Expert analytical skills to analyze extensive data, develop effective strategies, and communicate findings effectively to leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
