As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted expert on all things Medicare insurance-related. (Don't worry: we'll teach you everything you need to know.) Your goal will be to match customers with an insurance plan that fits their needs and budget.
You will receive extensive paid training on the subject matter, systems, and sales process that will set you up for success. On average, our training lasts between 7 and 9 weeks.
This role does not require any cold calling. GoHealth has a sales philosophy that our top producers should always be doing what they do best; that is selling! You will receive highly screened and qualified calls from customers interested in savings on their Medicare.

Due to the unprecedented nature of COVID-19, GoHealth has decided to protect our current and future employees by managing our business remotely. This is inclusive of interviewing, onboarding, and day-to-day operations. We may return to an office setting once it is safe to do so and follow the guidance of local health authorities and the CDC. Currently, all employees are working remotely.
Our reps make an average of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with top agents earning $150K+. Total bonus is uncapped, so the sky's the limit!
