About the role: You will be responsible for collaborating with leaders across the organization from ideation to execution of initiatives that will support our long-term success and growth. You will focus on using analytics and business insights to identify high-impact opportunities and determine the optimal approach to implement them. The opportunity for impact spreads across our sales operations, marketing operations, product strategy, growth marketing, customer operations, talent acquisition and technical strategy teams. The position requires superb change management skills and a strategic mindset, but also the comfortability to react quickly and adjust to new strategies in real time. We are looking for a team player who is driven and has a history of implementation success. This role will report to our Director of Strategy and Operations.
About the team: The Sales Operations team creates an environment where we set goals to grow professionally, personally, and in ways that impacts the company’s strategic performance. We embrace wearing different hats and proactively seek to support our colleagues as work increases and decreases across teams. We own end-to-end work streams, from assessment through proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, and execution.
