Sales Strategy Compensation Analyst

Chicago, IL

GoHealth is looking for an insightful Sales Strategy Compensation Analyst to help us make better sales and marketing decisions to ensure that customers who need health insurance get covered. Up for the challenge? Read on.

You will gather and report sales and enrollment statistics to calculate and provide recommendations to improve compensation plans for our 2,000+ team of sales agents. You will reconcile the data to develop financial and strategic analyses and present your findings to executive leadership. You should also be able to achieve applicable results and solve complex problems to help grow our company. You will report to the Sr Associate of Strategy & Operations

  • Extract and transform raw data from multiple reporting tools into meaningful and useful information to find more useful strategic and operational insights relating to sales agent compensation
  • Calculate monthly variable compensation for our sales teams
  • Run multiple strategic projects focused on increasing sales performance and company growth
  • Evaluate current processes, recommend and implement future state solutions
  • Work with the Sales team and to interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings for executive leadership
  • Work with our data analytics and product development teams to develop new reporting tools
  • Create accurate reports by established deadlines and on an ad-hoc basis
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned to support the Sales team

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree required, in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science 
  • 1 or more years of experience in strategy, consulting, or similar role at a high-growth company
  • Experience with MS Excel (manipulating large sets of raw data, complex formulas, modeling) required
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Natural passion in creating solutions, developing workarounds, and creating reports
  • Experience communicating with all levels of management
