Sales Strategy Analyst

Chicago, IL

We are looking for a insightful Strategy Analyst to support in the growth of our Sales Strategy team. You will use analytics and business insights to support daily operations of our sales centers and long-term strategic plans that will promote the fast growth of GoHealth. You will identify opportunity areas and help design corresponding solutions. Based on your personal interests and performance, you will work with leaders and eventually step into a leadership position in one of GoHealth’s growing functions or departments. You will report to the Strategy Manager.

  • Help with all Sales Strategy team projects, including problem identification, data analysis, proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, execution and evaluation
  • Work with leadership, process owners, and technology and data experts to help implement strategic projects across departments and GoHealth's three locations
  • Provide new ideas that keep GoHealth at the forefront of industry analytics and data-driven decisions
  • Create new processes that support businesses by decreasing costs, increasing efficiency, and reducing time to onboard new agents and implement programs
  • Identify opportunities with quantitative analysis to increase GoHealth’s financial and operational performance
  • Develop all of our operations improvement proposals for leadership
  • Create presentations that visually demonstrate progress across projects
  • Measure growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or similar role at a high-growth company
  • You enjoy digging deep into data, thinking from fundamentals, and producing results
  • You have a strong quantitative aptitude & MS excel (can perform complex functions) expertise – data manipulation, modeling
  • You are resourceful and seek continuous improvement in your projects
  • You can communicate succinctly with leadership and sales agents (or passion to quickly learn)
  • You are interested in the future of healthcare and the world of digital customer engagement
