Revenue & Growth Strategy Manager

Chicago, IL

GoHealth’s Revenue & Growth team within the Strategic Partnerships unit is looking for a Manager to drive strategy definition and program management of new initiatives related to GoHealth’s Encompass platform. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of industry trends and dynamics to identify new revenue generation opportunities, manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, and collaborate across the team to assess and structure new partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive definition of GoHealth’s strategic direction and revenue-generating offerings, iterating on the existing multi-year plan as the industry and GoHealth evolve
  • Stay up to date on key industry trends, potential ecosystem partners, and primary competitors, and translate understanding into impactful and innovative solutions that capitalize on identified opportunities
  • Collaborate across the Strategic Partnerships team to help define go-to-market strategies, assess opportunities and structure relationships with new partners
  • Manage a portfolio of new revenue-generating pilots, including overseeing operations, forecasting revenue, tracking progress, and delivering regular updates to senior leadership
  • Assess progress of key pilots and new initiatives, and make recommendations on future strategy based on the completed analysis
  • Execute on defined strategies, working cross-functionally to formulate and implement plans that transform ideas into tangible offerings
  • Responsible for all processes and operations related to Encompass pilots and initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of work experience, preferably with a top-tier management consulting, venture capital, or private equity firm
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent thought leadership skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights through modeling and data analysis
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive forward impactful changes
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Healthcare industry is a bonus, but not required
