Retention Advocate

Retention Advocates are dedicated to engaging new & existing members through inbound & outbound calls to help members maximize their plans based on their needs. As a Retention Advocate, you will meet department KPI’s while providing a great customer experience by using your customer service and/or sales background. You will report to a team manager with the possibility of internal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers
  • Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate channels
  • Adhere to scripts and required talking points as directed
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience for all callers
  • Determine when to escalate consumer calls to a supervisor
  • Continue to complete all training requirements
  • Navigate between multiple screens and systems
  • Comply with and understand Federal CMS and State legal standards

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of Sales, Customer Service, or Retail experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years of experience within a metric-driven and sales environment
  • 1+years of achieving sales and retention goals
  • High School diploma
  • Evening and weekend hours
