Retention Advocates are dedicated to engaging new & existing members through inbound & outbound calls to help members maximize their plans based on their needs. As a Retention Advocate, you will meet department KPI’s while providing a great customer experience by using your customer service and/or sales background. You will report to a team manager with the possibility of internal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers
- Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate channels
- Adhere to scripts and required talking points as directed
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for all callers
- Determine when to escalate consumer calls to a supervisor
- Continue to complete all training requirements
- Navigate between multiple screens and systems
- Comply with and understand Federal CMS and State legal standards
Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of Sales, Customer Service, or Retail experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years of experience within a metric-driven and sales environment
- 1+years of achieving sales and retention goals
- High School diploma
- Evening and weekend hours
