About the role:

As a Provider Consultant, you will engage and educate with seniors to introduce them to the concept of value-based care. You will act as a trusted advisor, explaining how value-based care is different from traditional care models and reviewing the services commonly offered by value-based providers.

In addition to educating the customer, you will also help the customer schedule a welcome visit with a local value-based provider. You will confirm the patient’s eligibility and interest in scheduling their welcome visit.

Responsibilities:

As a Provider Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted expert on value-based provider related topics. Your goal will be to help seniors learn about the benefits of value-based care models and help interested seniors pursue a welcome visit with a local provider.

  • Engage with seniors through outbound and inbound calls, delivering high-quality customer service and helping them navigate their provider options
  • Become an expert on value-based care options
  • Connect seniors with select value-based providers for initial welcome visits
  • Work simultaneously with multiple systems and databases

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of providing customer service and solving customer inquiries and requests
  • 1+ years of previous sales or customer support experience or member services experience
  • Provide availability with flexible schedule
  • 1+ years experience in sales, retention, or member services setting
