Marketing Operations Analyst

About the role:

GoHealth seeks a data-driven individual with a passion for teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is excited by the idea of diving into data to find impactful insights, working with cross-functional teams daily, and supporting the operations of a diverse agent workforce.  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations to ensure smooth operations across our marketing technology stack, lead capture, lead screening, and delivery to Sales   
  • Develop and leverage reporting to continuously drive performance improvement across Marketing sources
  • Collaborate with HR, Training, and Workforce Management to better operationalize agent new hire onboarding and termination processes
  • Own agent compensation strategy and monthly bonus compilation
  • Lead, grow, and support a deep understanding of high-level strategy for effectively staffing and operationalizing a call center agent workforce
  • Monitor and supply recaps to stakeholders on mid-funnel performance trends across marketing sources on a regular basis 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree needed 
  • 2+ years of work experience in business operations, marketing, or analytics that revolved around driving insights along with significant Excel expertise 
  • A love for leveraging your problem-solving skills to harness data to drive continuous business improvements 
  • You not only effectively, creatively, and quickly solve complex problems, but you gain buy in from stakeholders to sustain your solutions as well 
  • You're positive, optimistic, and ready to lend your expertise to solve challenges across the organization
  • You’re a self-starter that can identify potential issues and work cross functionally to proactively create solutions
