Manager, Marketing Operations

About the role:

GoHealth seeks a passionate operations leader to support our ambitious growth objectives through continuous improvement of our marketing infrastructure, automation, and processes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with experience in process-oriented operations, strategic transformation, and most importantly, a passion for teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Your goal is to determine how to leverage our people and technology to improve existing processes that lead to increased data collection and qualified consumers and ensure our agents meet their weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations to ensure smooth operations across our Marketing technology stack, lead capture, lead screening, and delivery to Sales  
  • Oversee the management of our external vendors and champion a competitive bidding process by selling period to drive greater partnership and efficiency 
  • Plan, assign, and direct the work of omnichannel agents, conducting regular performance appraisals and matching talent to channels and Marketing sources 
  • Partner with experimentation to identify areas to reduce cost or alleviate friction within the consumer experience, data collection, or enrollment process, minimizing disruption to the business and determining scalability and impact
  • Collaborate with Supply & Demand management to forecast headcount requirements to maximize agent utilization
  • Leverage technology to improve the effectiveness of GoHealth’s contact strategies, including speed to lead, voicemail detection, voicemail testing, and contact cadence across channels
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create robust career pathing for agents and team managers 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing diverse teams 
  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal, and leadership skills   
  • Proven ability to set and achieve performance benchmarks 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
