Learning & Development Coordinator

Utah

The Learning & Development Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating the training and development needs of call center agents and leadership. This includes preparation of training programs, delivering training programs, identifying instructors/resources, and acting as a liaison to program and account teams. The performance of our business is highly dependent on training and support from the Learning & Development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish training project plans and schedules for classroom and virtual training events in three locations
  • Promote training events using established processes and communication mediums
  • Responsible for administering the enterprise the Learning Management System (Bridge)
  • Reinforce guidelines governing the LMS
  • Demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles
  • Design, develop, and deliver training
  • Produce progress and completion reports
  • Monitor and answer learning system and schedule-related tickets in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with business to plan, schedule, and administer new hire and continuing education training

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years training experience
  • 2+ years designing and developing training
  • Experience coordinating large scale, training initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Adept at managing expectations
  • Collaborate with business and ensure alignment with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and virtual communication mediums (Zoom, WebEX, GoToMeeting, Skype, Slack)
  • Experience with Learning Management and/or HRIS System
