Inside Sales Program Manager

Charlotte, NC

The Program Manager (PM) – is responsible for internal sales campaign’s performance. Program Mangers will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, and training necessary to achieve KPIs, quality improvement and retention goals.  You will lead and provide leadership and development to 4-6 sales leaders with teams of 10-15 agents. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving KPI’s and financial goals set by GoHealth by continuously analyzing reports and using metrics to drive behavior
  • Communicate KPIs and performance to your teams regularly to ensure goals are met at all times. Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, assess while providing excellent consumer experiences, and meeting service levels
  • Coach and develop Sales Leaders and sales representatives to meet performance objectives as well as build career progression
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of our consumers and drive exceptional consumer experience
  • Identify areas of process improvement, collaborate with call center operations to implement and maintain operational strategies
  • Ensure all compliance standards and HIPAA regulations are maintained within the immediate environment
  • Handle employee performance and/or behavior issues adhering to company policies. Assist and coach Supervisors as applicable
  • Assist in the recruitment, training and retention of Team Managers and Benefits Agents

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience in conducting analysis and ability to look at data/reports to derive insightful information
  • Two to five years of sales leadership and management experience
  • Two years of CMS compliance and regulation experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D and Medicare Supplements
  • Experience using Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel experience preferred
  • Experienced in managing, mentoring, coaching and leading a sales team
  • Established track record of increasing sales and call center performance
  • Exceptional employee relations skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make complex decisions and solve problems for call center processes using qualitative, quantitative, and financial data, while considering impact of decision on others.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically lead, motivate, and develop work team towards improved performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and call center management systems and terminology.
