Facilities Administrator


Do you have a passion for helping others? GoHealth is seeking a strong administrative assistant to add to its facilities administration team. We are looking for a one-of-a-kind Facilities Administrator to keep our office running smoothly, give our team the support they need, and become a vital point person for the office. The ideal person we are looking for has a genuine desire to help others, an energetic and positive attitude, an extraordinary attention to details, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty by trying something new. They should also have previous experience assisting in a fast-paced environment. You will report to a Facilities Director.

  • Maintain office, break room, on-site and off-site storage space and inventory
  • Help organize and implement facilities operating procedures
  • Help track and report monthly maintenance expenses, vendors, and contractors
  • Report facilities issues, address and complete task tickets on project management software, JIRA
  • Participate in quarterly facilities security audits
  • Receive and direct visitors, serve as front desk back-up
  • Be the go-to person for the front desk assistants
  • Provide management with regular status reports and incident reports when necessary
  • Track office seating changes for Chicago office and assist with event planning/office lunches
  • Assist with Facilities team goals and KPI tracking
  • Participate in emergency training and assist with procedures

 Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, within facilities, operations, commercial realtor or fast paced environment
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire for constant improvement with a willingness to learn
  • Follow through on tasks, requests and be an independent thinker
  • Provide great customer service to our visitors, employees and executives
  • Experience in being adaptable to change and ability to wear many hats
  • Have a passion for helping others and keeping things running efficiently
