About The Role

GoHealth is a performance marketing powerhouse, bringing together creative, strategy, media, and analytics to engage customers in their all-important health insurance decisions for maximum impact. We are leading from the front, shifting an industry built on transactional encounters to one centered on trusted relationships. The GoHealth Marketing department is seeking creative thinkers with the mental agility to ask meaningful questions and draw upon insights to drive impactful results.

The Director, Integrated Media will oversee the strategy, operations, execution, and expansion of GoHealth’s multi-million-dollar offline advertising programs, maintaining a constant view on the long-range objectives and goals required to meet the business’ expectations while not losing sight of short-term production needs (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs). With a focus on offline verticals, he/she will serve as a player-coach while owning some of the largest initiatives within GoHealth’s marketing agenda, including Direct Mail, DRTV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and more.


What You’ll Do

  • Support GoHealth’s Direct Mail, DRTV, Radio, Print, OOH, and other offline campaigns on daily performance, and continued optimization of consumer targeting strategies
  • Break into new channels and evaluate the long-term efficacy of offline media types
  • Work collaboratively with member services teams, captive business owners, and marketing leadership to maximize ROI/CPA goals within a multi-million-dollar quarterly budget
  • Develop a 12-month offline media plan for peak efficiency and scale. Lead financial management for offline channels including budgeting, execution, and compliance
  • Continuously optimize media through stringent analysis of dayparting, geographical exposure, frequency, cost and more to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Compliance to produce high-engagement, carrier-approved content for consistent A/B testing
  • Manage third-party data providers, print houses, and media buying agencies that touch offline marketing
  • Conduct regular audits of existing technology and vendors to control costs, drive service excellence, and mitigate business risks
  • Leverage extensive first and third-party data to improve mail list targeting by analyzing dimensions such as lifetime customer value, product penetration, consumer eligibility status, location, income, and age
  • Utilizing experience with large database organization, support GoHealth’s Direct Mail campaigns through volume modeling and reporting, advanced lookalike modeling, and continued spend optimization


What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10 years' experience within a marketing management function in Offline Media
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a marketing process that continually evolves based on dynamic business objectives
  • Proven campaign and lead generation experience with clear & established accountability metrics to assess effectiveness
  • Experience with defining new go-to-market strategies, plan development, and in developing new markets/channels
  • SQL, Python, AWS, and Sagemaker experience, Advanced Excel skills a plus
