Customer Service Representative up to $40k/year

Utah (Virtual)

As a GoHealth Customer Service Representative you will field inbound customer calls and conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads to assess their insurance needs. You will partner with our Sales Agents to share the necessary information to assist them in finalizing a plan that meet the customer’s needs. You will be a key player in GoHealth’s mission to connect Americans with healthcare options. This is currently a remote position but is expected to return to the Lindon, UT office at a later date. The position offers fully paid training with an established career path for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen inbound consumer’s sales calls and transfer to the appropriate sales team to complete insurance buying process
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers
  • Learn and understand areas of the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS) and State legal standards for the insurance industry

Skills and Experience:

  • 1+ years of Sales, Customer Service or Retail experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with history of meeting performance goals
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma required
  • Evening and weekend hours required
