GoHealth Customer Retention Specialist conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and field inbound sales calls in to our sales agent. You will quickly assess customer information and achieve a retention sales. You will meet sales and call handling quotas while providing a great customer service experience. As a Customer Retention Specialist you will use your customer service or sales background to help expand our Health Insurance Advocate team! You will report to a team manager will the possibility of internal growth.
