About The Role

The Encompass Commercial team at GoHealth partners with leading health plans focused on providing consumers with the right health insurance coverage for their needs. As a Commercial Reporting Associate, you will play a key role in implementing and managing key initiatives across the company while also providing strategic insights to GoHealth’s carrier partners and internal departments on growth opportunities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive long-term, strategic growth for GoHealth and create a best-in-class experience for our members.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate across the Commercial business unit to drive strategic health plan initiatives from ideation through completion and manage execution across internal teams.
  • Research, design, and implement process improvement initiatives to create efficiency and accountability in the way we partner with health plans. Demonstrate proficiency in basic financial analysis, critical thinking, and business communication.
  • Collaborate across the business to conduct health plan market research and competitive analysis that drives business decisions.
  • Demonstrate ability to critically think and put together business cases for potential go-to-market strategies and opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Data teams to develop agent staffing, carrier mix, and performance models to help drive execution of internal processes.
  • Present to executives and carrier partners on strategic growth opportunities including market trends, product strategy, member experience, and internal sales floor insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • BA or BS degree with 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, data analytics, or business/sales operations.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities across multiple projects at once.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative solutions driven through research and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and experience with working cross-functionally across various teams and external partners
  • Expert at project management, able to independently manage multiple projects at various stages at one time.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Healthcare industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days Onsite(Chicago, IL)
