About the role: 

GoHealth is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join its GoPartner Solutions (GPS) Analytics team. You will use a combination of business and analytics knowledge to provide executive leadership with applicable insights to promote strategic decisions and maximize company-wide value. You will respond to the live needs of the business and help create solutions and responses to questions as they arise. Because of the dynamic nature of the GoPartner Solutions Analytics team, we are looking for ingenious candidates with raw analytical horsepower, the ability to obtain logical insights from a variety of business contexts, and to creatively develop solutions. You will be integral in supporting the General Manager of the GPS team.

What you’ll do:

• Understand GoHealth’s business processes, including the role each department plays in supporting the company’s ultimate goals.
• Work with leaders to understand important value drivers and challenges within their departments and determine the important metrics and insights that can help improve performance as a result.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that provide insights that can be easily interpreted and applied by business leaders to help improve their performance.
• Collect and evaluate data to track project performance and important developments.
• Summarize raw data into digestible and applicable information.
• Think of new ways that data-based insights can help support GoHealth.

What we’re looking for:

• BS or BA degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, Business Intelligence analytics, MIS, computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Less than 2 years of related experience in an internship or full-time role guiding strategic decisions using data and analytics
• Ability to digest ambiguous asks and translate them into an actionable plan
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Experience conveying complex concepts to colleagues with varying degrees of analytical knowledge
• Desire to expand analytical and data visualization skills.
• SQL, Python, and Tableau skills
