As a leader and industry expert on Medicare products and services, she applies health strategy to benefit selection to ensure members get the most from their insurance plan. As a Medicare expert, she supports and trains licensed insurance agents on Medicare products and provides guidance for ethical and regulatory policies.
One of my favorite parts of the job is when people realize everything we can do for them. Most people think we’re here to enroll them in Medicare and are merely a one-stop-shop simply.
